Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Coke County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may collect and process the query under its separate privacy policy.
Messages Sent to Us
When you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.

- The referring website, when supplied

How Information Is Used
Collected information is used for limited operating and measurement purposes. Those uses include:

Websites Beyond Our Control
Links may lead to Coke County Sheriff information, Texas Department of Criminal Justice services, release-record sources, government portals, and third-party search tools. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy governs its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to measure activity across multiple websites and select interest-based advertising. That collection occurs on the partner's systems, not ours.
